Bungie pushes Halo 2 Update

At some time earlier today, Bungie pushed an update to Halo 2 through Xbox Live. This would normally not be anything worth mentioning, but this update has some added twists. First, this is a super-anti-cheating patch. If you've screwed around with your game content, you get banned. Instantly. Period. No questions asked.

This too wouldn't be much to mention, but then there's the second twist: if you've got a modded Xbox, you also get banned from matchmaking services forever. Third twist: even if you have a softmodded Xbox, you get banned too. So please, remember to turn your stuff off before connecting to the internets.
