Posted by inpheaux on September 15th, 2005 at 1:11 amI promised I was done updating tonight. I lied, apparently. Xbox 360 releasedates are out. Yesterday it was announced that there would be a staggered worldwide release, now we know when:

The North American release is pretty much in-line with the most recent [...]
Katamary Damacy coming to the PSP
Posted by inpheaux on September 15th, 2005 at 12:09 amOne more quick update tonight: looks like some manner of Katamari Damacy is coming out for PSP. The current title is "Boku no Watashi Katamari Damacy", roughly translating to "My My Katamari Damacy". Unfortunately, that's about all I know. It's being made, and unlike the previously speculated Katamari Damacy game for the DS, we have [...]

Today, during the first day of the Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced that they're porting Final Fantasy IV to GBA, to be released by the end of the year. For those of you playing along at home, and who don't yet have a [...]

Black & White 2 worldwide release date set
Posted by inpheaux on September 12th, 2005 at 9:46 amIt's hard to want to write about Black & White 2. Never before have I been so completely burned by a game's hype than how I was with Black & White. I'm not entirely sure I'm going to be giving Black & White 2 a shot, purely out of fear, but perhaps some of you [...]
We Love Katamari’s street date is broken
Posted by inpheaux on September 10th, 2005 at 4:54 pmSomeone apparently forgot to tell Target and Toys-R-Us that the release date of We <3 Katamari was pushed back to the 20th. Or, at least, forgot to tell some of these stores. If you can't wait to get your hands on the game, call up your local Targets and TRU's, there's a pretty good chance [...]
Three bits of Half-Life 2 Mod News
Posted by inpheaux on September 10th, 2005 at 2:16 pmThree mods to talk about today. First up: Day of Defeat: Source. We've been waiting for this update since it was first announced aeons ago, back before HL2 was even out. It's always been sitting there in our Steam game lists, just waiting to be turned on. Well, now we have dates. Valve says [...]
News Corp buys IGN/Gamespy for $650 Million
Posted by inpheaux on September 8th, 2005 at 10:54 amOk, so I just got through writing up that huge post about how nothing interesting was happening. Well, this is interesting. News Corp (parent company of 20th Century Fox and a whole ton of Other Stuff) has just coughed up a smooth $650 Mil for IGN/Gamespy. In the deal, News Corp also gets the whole [...]
Surviving through an Interesting-News drought
Posted by inpheaux on September 8th, 2005 at 10:26 amHey. We've not updated for the past couple days. There's a ton of reasons and excuses I could give, but none are as true or applicable as this: all recent news has sucked. Of all the things going on lately, I haven't felt compelled whatsoever to actually put up a news post of the same [...]
