Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion ships March 20th

I'll admit, I'm slightly confused by this. We've got a ship date, the executive producer says the game is finally done, but we don't have a 'gone gold' announcement. Is Bethesda too cool for the phrase 'Gone Gold'? If they are, that's fine by me, just trying to clarify things here.

In any account, like it says, both collector's and standard editions of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will be shipping on March 20th for both PC and Xbox 360. Yes, Oblivion will be in your hands within three weeks. So, if you had . . you know . . anything planned, or anything you needed to do, do it now so it'll be done before Oblivion consumes all of your free time.

What I want to know, is . . come on, why did it have to be March 20th? What is it about March 20th? We've already got two super-high-profile DS games coming out on the 20th, how am I supposed to split my time between Tetris DS, Metroid Prime Hunters and Oblivion? Oh well, I'll figure something out, though it will probably involve sleeping 2-3 hours a day.
