DS Lite Really Seriously In Stores (For Real)

For those of you who were unable to convince your local retailers to break the DS Lite's street date last week, it's finally out now. Really. Furthermore, we've known stores have had them all in stock so there's none of the standard one-day-wait to get units to stores. If you head out into the world today with $129.99 + tax in hand, you will return with a DS Lite.
And if you didn't bother preordering anywhere, good for you! It paid off this time. Best Buy has an unadvertised special internet coupon that scores you a free copy of Brain Age with purchase of a DS Lite. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Brain Age because I hate games that bitch at me if I don't play them daily, but can you turn down a free video game? Can you? I know I can't, but I've already got my DS Lite.

In other news, sorry there haven't been a ton of updates lately. I recently realized I was out of videogames to play, so I went out and finally picked up a copy of Oblivion and . . well . . next thing I knew two weeks had gone by. Funny how that happens. Unfortunately for my entertainment but fortunately for all my other duties, my time in Cyrodill seems to be winding down. When that happens, there'll be a small army of updates and reviews rolling out here at DPad.
