The Jack Thompson Comedy Tour continues: Bully cleared for release

Last week, our good friend Jack Thompson was cheering and patting himself on the back when he got a Florida appellate court to force Take Two to give them a copy of Bully to review as part of his hilarious several-month crusade against the game.
Well, they did. The Judge watched, and while he wasn't thrilled with it, and did not issue a ruling, but said it did not qualify as a public nuisance. Despite the lack of a ruling, Jack says he's going to back down and not pursue further action against Take Two over Bully since it's obvious to him now that if he did it'd end up as a loss for him.
As such, Bully will be available in stores tomorrow, and Take Two and Rockstar haven't really had to do a massive ad campaign since Jack has kept it in the worldwide news spotlight on his own dime. Thanks, Jack!
