Enemy Territory: Quake Wars beta gets patched

The Quake Wars Public-but-FilePlanet-exclusive beta has been going for nearly two weeks now, and over this time we've been doing our duty finding bugs and pointing out retarded crap that needs to get fixed. As such, Splash Damage & id & Friends have rewarded us with a patch to fix some of that retarded crap.
If you're in the beta, you can go ahead and grab the beta either through an in-game patcher (if it's working) or from FilePlanet.
What's included? Four big bullet points, and a bunch of miscellaneous fixes:
1) Bots - The initial beta didn't ship with bots. Now we've got bots. id's John Dean talked to IGN about the bots last week. Will they be better than pubbies who hide in their base when they should be attacking? Who knows!
2) Improved Prediction - The voodoo involved in guessing if your shot connected or not is always something that can have room for improvement. The first beta had a lot of room. Now, hopefully not so much.
3) Server Browser Fixes - This was one of my main gripes, the server browser was totally busted. Sometimes you'd tell it "Show me only stuff worth connecting to. You know, non-empty, non-full", and it would for some reason interpret that to mean "DON'T SHOW ME ANYTHING! I DON'T WANT TO PLAY!" Hopefully it will also fix some stuff with the master server taking forever to authenticate and let you actually use the browser.
4) Server Memory Leaks - Can't say I encountered this myself, but if it means servers work better, bring it on.
Additionally, the devs at id and Splash Damage are holding a developer chat on IRC right now. #etqwbeta on irc.quakenet.org. They'll be doing Q&A stuff, and have hinted that they might have some extra beta keys sitting around, so if you're still hurting for one, head on over.
Now, if only they'd nerf Flyer Drones. . .
