Chronic Logic Trashes RTSes

Posted by Akaishi on September 28th, 2005 at 3:20 am

Sam & Max license gets a new loving home

Posted by inpheaux on September 15th, 2005 at 9:59 am

Brace yourselves. This story is proof that here in the amazing dystopic world of 2005, where nothing truly wonderful and good and just never seems to occur, sometimes if you hope just enough everything turns out right.

As many of you may have noticed, over the past week or so all the more artistic gaming blogs and even major news media outlets have been falling over themselves to praise "Facade", a self-proclaimed "one-act interactive drama". I like to think of myself as someone who enjoys more than twitch reflexes and violence, who [...]

I should really be asleep right now, in preparation for another exciting day of Work, but instead I'm playing games at 02:28 so I can feel informed when I tell all you wonderful people about them.
Chronic Logic is another one of those few indie game devs I keep my eye on, as I know I [...]

Indie Games You Should Know

Posted by inpheaux on July 8th, 2005 at 2:09 pm

Ah, the often-overlooked indie game scene. Sure, a lot of the stuff it churns out isn't worth downloading, but sometimes you find stuff that's just AMAZING. So here's a short list of some recent (and not so recent) stuff I've come across that I can't stop talking about.
Cave Story [aka Doukutsu Monogatari] - Cave Story [...]
